Current Openings 

Youth Pastor
Full-Time, 40 hrs/week, Salaried

We are seeking a Youth Pastor to provide broad oversight, discipleship, and relational care to students between 6-12th grade. This role is relationally driven and strategically focused on helping teenagers take steps toward Jesus. It involves overseeing weekly programming, building and supporting volunteer leaders, and walking alongside parents to disciple students. The Youth Pastor will oversee all volunteer leaders and support staff related to student ministry efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and teach weekly youth gatherings with age-appropriate, biblically sound content.
  • Recruit, equip, and care for volunteer leaders in the youth ministry.
  • Plan and facilitate events, camps, service opportunities, and discipleship experiences throughout the year.
  • Shepherd and disciple students, partnering with parents and the broader church community.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience leading youth in a church or ministry context.
  • Strong communicator and teacher of God’s Word with clarity, relevance and appropriate theological depth.
  • Relationally gifted with strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust with students, parents, and volunteers.
  • Strategic thinker who can cast vision and equip others to lead.
  • Committed follower of Jesus with a heart for discipling teenagers and supporting their spiritual growth.
